Floyd beating JMM was a decent win, he should get some props for dominating him, but that's it at the most. Same thing if Sergio beats Floyd, he's just way too big in my opinion.

But unlike Floyd-JMM, Sergio doesn't beat Floyd if they're the exact same size, Floyd beats JMM no matter what size they are.
Couldn't have said it better myself sir.

Yeah I agree Chavez doesn't deserve a rematch. He got embarrassed as it is. And he robbed the fans of a good fight until the 12 round. He got his ass beat out there. And now we know why. He doesnt take this seriously. I would not buy a rematch. The guy is a pothead little kid living off the shadow of his dad. The first time he faced a good opponent he got schooled. Now nothing but excuses. He's on drugs, he didn't take it seriously, blah blah blah.

He probably was on drugs and knew how to get it out of his system before. But since he got his ass whipped he probably just wanted to get caught to have an excuse. Dont want to see a rematch after finding this out.

It could be in MAY or September...What about the four months between them? Is that because he might need surgery?

You have to remember that at the core of boxing you have a fight meaning psychology plays a large role. To spectators it looks like overconfidence and showboating on the inside it is a case of marking your territory.

If Martinez was too passive in the fight Chavez would have pressed forward more in the middle rounds which would result in Martinez having a tougher fight down the stretch. As things stand Martinez by being aggressive beat the fight out of Chavez lowering his punch output in the process, his showboating robbed Chavez of any bright ideas.

Dont lose momemtum now, continue to call out Floyd or he will dodge, duck and dive you forever.

Chavez caught you and that is why he nearly stopped you. He could do it again in the next fight, no suprise there, you arent superman Sergio. Nothing to prove against Chavez.

People forget Serg is injured. With his knee and hand hes gonna be on the shelf for at least 6 months. Hes only calling Floyd out to keep his name relevant.

If Floyd does not fight Sergio or Pacquiao in 2013, I will be beyond disappointed with him, and will no longer consider him #1 P4P over Ward, Manny, or Sergio.

Sergio's busted hand turned into a lucky break. Chavez proved in the 12th that he can beat a one-armed Martinez. It has given Mexican fans enough hope to pay big bicks one more time. But, in a rematch, Chavez will have to once again face a two-fisted Martinez.
