Comments Thread For: Amir Khan: I Wouldn't Say No To Ricky Hatton Fight

On Saturday morning, Amir Khan added some clarity to his future by announcing a new head trainer as well as his next opponent. The 25-year-old split with leading coach Freddie Roach earlier this month in the wake of his defeat to Danny Garcia in July.

Khan, You're Stooping Pretty Low Considering Hatton

Khan, you have Berto, Maidana, Morales, Guerrero, Bradley, Rios, Alexander, Marquez, Gesta, even a 41 year old Shane Mosley you could fight; you need to consider Ricky Hatton retired for two years after Pacquiao put him in a coma in two rounds? Ricky Hatton? Seriously?!!? I wouldn't even admit that if I'm you, ya big puzzy! Maybe you can get a tune up fight first with Vinnie Pazienza first! And you're crying Freddie Roach wouldn't spend more time with you? He probably knows you need to grow a set, if you want Freddie to give you the time of day at this point. Khan you love to talk. You love to talk about everyone else in Boxing while your training for someone else. You have no idea what you're doing, what you're saying. I once thought you had tremendous talent & potential, but you're just like Victor Ortiz, not smart enough to be in the ring with anyone. Maybe Ricky Hatton is your level of competition. What a waste of talent.

Yes because fight Molina should get you a big money fight. How is Ricky fighting a tougher comeback fight than you?

Money. Khan can draw 15K and Hatton like 30+. It would be a PPV no doubt.

the fight between the two isn't credible but in the UK it would be huge. both would be getting a mssive payday and if hatton looks good in November I expect the fight to be made.

Really? I think Hatton will target Malignaggi's title before any Khan fight.

Why would Khan say no to a glorified club fighter with a name? He gets paid loads for fighting a coked up semi retired hatton, win win for Khan, unless he gets KO again.
