I'm gonna watch this fight... I can't believe Rahman is so shot he got stopped in two by Povetski.

Povetski is, IMO, deeply mediocre, and almost useless in the second half of a fight.

How is this the fault of the heavyweight division?

Isn't it the fault of the WBA for making a fossil like Rahman a mandatory for Povetkin?

There's lots of guys who would have given Povetkin a good fight -- like Marco Huck, for instance.

There's lots of good fights to be made in the HW division -- but Rahman doesn't belong in any of them.

true, the sanctioning bodies have a lot to do with this...and "Captain" Huck would have had a better chance...

but still, the heavyweight division is at an all time low right now..and looks like it will be for some time to come.
