btw why would you hold the ortiz incident against floyd? floyd did what he should nobody can argue with that. ortiz was the only one being unproffessional and acting a fool, floyd put an end to the farce. a moment even mayweathers haters should appreciate him for.

He did it against Gatti... HBO "That's what he should protect yourself at all times."
Did it against Mosley... HBO "Floyd is exactly right, its not time to have a discussion, its time to fight"
Against Ortiz ... HBO "Thats unsportsmanlike, why would he do such a thing..."

Hmm really HBO/Fans? Why does anyone only remember the Ortiz one? It was known WELL before that fight Floyd doesn't play the let's make up game... seemed more like Ortiz wanted a way out and took it more than anything... his record supports that.

Also I love how I bring up actual numbers from their most recent fights, and all the people who claim Pac doesn't need to be like Mayweather pretend they don't exist. Pac sells out every fight? Wrong even with his low-ball ticket prices. He outsells Mayweathers ppv? If selling half of him is outsells... I guess.

Not really, im not admitting anything. Im just going on the basis if floyd thinks he deserves more money than Pac based on PPV numbers.

Even if Floyds PPV were higher it dont mean to say he deserves more money as its too simplistic view. You have to know why his numbers are higher. If Pac and Floyd fight, it will be pac bringing the excitement to the fight, not Floyd.
So people pay to watch Pac.

We all know it all started when he won a SD against Hoya. Millions of Hoya fans of course were disappointed. To make matters worse Floyd ducked the rematch. From then on these fans began to follow him around, religiously watched his every fight, rare as they went, to see him lose.

He also invented the 24/7 reality show, got a big mouth to hype his boring rare fights and what else would you expect?

The reason people get attached is because generally ppv numbers decide the mega fights. They also effect negotiations. It doesn't matter how good you are or what you think you deserve, your purse is based on how much money you generate...some boxers can't get passed that and a lot of fights are ruined because of it. Do I agree with it? No. Though it is the fact of the matter most of the time.

Like I said I agree with that, I'm just telling you how it is. It's the same in all sports not just boxing. MJD held out on a contract this year... did the fans want it? No but **** them, he wants his money. It's just the way of professional sports as much as I hate it.

Again, Floyd might sell more PPVs if he does cos he dont fight much and if you dont see him now you may not get the chance to see him for another 2 years time.

Plus with Pac he fights so often that if you dont see him fight its not such a big deal as he'll fight in 3 months time. Also maybe cos people expect Pac to brutalise his opponent and it wont be competitive. With Floyd all his opponents are expected to do well against FLoyd. SSM and Cotto were expected to give Floyd hell. So with Floyd you will get a competive fight.

They were expected to do well, because of how the fight was hyped. Honest question here... did you really expect SSM and Cotto to do well against Floyd? It's your opinion so I won't judge it either way, but I want an honest answer at least.
