Hasim Rahman has only the aforementioned puncher's chance. He's too slow, too mediocre a boxer to beat Toney. You only have to look at the fight where he "won" the belt vs Monte Barrett to see that.

I don't believe that, i think theres boxers out there with enough boxing ability and size to give Toney problems, fighters like Byrd, Wladimir Klitschko, and Juan Carlos Gomez.

Absolutely they could give him problems, but I think the only one out of those that would maybe - MAYBE - have enough to actually beat Toney is Gomez. Klitschko is good, very good on his day, but I just think Toney is too slick for him.
