Nobody has to watch their mouth on anything they say. Its a free country in terms of how you wanna speak to other people. What you have to understand about that logic is no matter what, just because you have the ability to say something it doesn't mean you should say it. Black people call other people the N word all the time, its a social norm associated with how blacks were categorized and was spun as a term of endearment. So technically, if an asian, white, hispanic, indian etc. wanted to refer to someone else the N-Word its your business but its widely known and accepted that if a non-black person/persons said it to someone black, it could end very badly for you.
