He actually has a jab and head movement now. He has the heart and the ferocity, and under Garcia he will improve his craft. Not sure any of them could face the version of Maidana that faced Karass and not have a worse time of it.

Wiki is a very unreliable source. Maidana would fake nothing. He is a warrior of true grit. His team passed up on Thurman and they landed a highly more visible fight for their fighter. Maidana almost outshined Canelo in Canelo's big event. The only reason he didn't get the knockout bonus was because that was rigged for Canelo.
