because i have had much success in doing stuff like this as well as many others fighters coming up with me

we just go hard everyday, train 20 day straight some times, week off here n there.. i dont need to prove anything to nobody, just would like to know everybody elses opinion of training, diet..

something new to the game, instead of the old school stuff. things are changing, remember when fighters used to run with army boots at 4am?? yeah, pointless.. sprint training is the new ****

look at swimmer michael phelps, dude eats like some of us... dont talk metabolism, he trains real hard

ok, in boxing u gotta get your weight down but why not just fight at your natural weight as well as go hard instead of killing your self to make weight then rehydrating like a dinosaur

pac n may dont kill themselves to make weight

james toney ate comfortably, successful in higher weights.

yes ofcourse he was fleshy but boxing is about fitness not physique
Phelps burns like 15,000 calories a day.

Don't be FOOLED because you see Michael Phelps take in a lot of Calories or you see Mayweather eating junk food on HBO 24/7, those guys work out like no other...they can eat junk because they actually go out and BURN THOSE CALORIES right after eating that junk

There is an old saying that you could train Muhammad Ali on bread and he would still win .

Moral is dont look at the freaks of nature like Phelps look at the average , and the average need every edge they can get including nutrition , your body has demands , the more you work it the more demands it has , you need to meet those demands if you want the best out of it , you cannot get a F1 running correct on low octane fuel , you cant compete with sporting animals like Greyhounds and Racehorses with poor nutrition and they have no clue of placebo so they dont lie .

Can you eat junk food , yes its beneficial in moderation on top of real performance nutrition because it is calorie dense and gives a mental boost like a reward to the athlete .

once in awhile but if you eat mc donalds 3x a day and try to train you will feel how much it depletes your abilities
