Steward never usually comes this early into camp anyway. Wlad knows what he's doing by now. He can hit the mitts with CHEF.

Wlad and I start camp 2-3 weeks prior to Steward and the sparring partners get to camp.

During this time wlad gets into cardio and muscle shape along with some pad work (yes I help with that) swimming, heavy bag, weight lifting, and other things
