No one throws wider shot's than Ponce. I think Broner has and will always have problem's fighting southpaws. DeMarco is Ponce times 2

We'll see. It'll be interesting to see who flips after the fight.

Broner also fights a lot different now than he did when he was 21. I really think Broner is coming into his time and his early prime. The DeMarco fight will confirm if I'm right or wrong.

Glad this is the fight getting made for DeMarco and Broner at the moment. Can't wait and don't think Broner will be able to just blow out DeMarco like he has his last couple outings. Same thing goes for DeMarco, Broner isn't going to be a sitting duck like Molina turned out to be in this fight.

Absolutely. Mine too. I was not happy when they read that decision though. I thought Martinez won, hands down. I was disappointed with the second match because it ended so abruptly. I was rooting for Sergio, but still was hoping for another high octane match. That KO scared the hell out of me too. I remember being really worried for Paul the way he was laying there. At any rate, love both warriors.

So the fight is still not finalized. What's the hold up? I hope Shaw doesn't let his fighter get shafted. He worked too damn hard for this.

I never understood the overwhelmed stuff.

You can be overwhelmed & underwhelmed but there's no such word as whelmed.

Am I currently in a state of whelm?

here comes the broner ****riders again

i'm not saying broner can't beat demarco...in fact i'll favor him to win but whether you like it or not demarco is a huge step up in opposition. we used to see broner against bums and no-hopers except ponce deleon and we all know what happened to that fight. sure broner looked good with those fights but it's so much easier to look good against bums and smaller guys. broner should've been a lightweight a long time ago.

my point is...you broner fanatics have no shame hyping this guy. don't get me wrong, he might end up a really special fighter (the signs are there) but all that remains to be seen. you have all the time in the world to suck him dry when that time happens.

if valero did what he did to deMarco, why not broner who's faster? but he's also not that aggressive like valero or hits as hard, but i still think broner wins because deMarco isn't that fast and isn't that hard of a puncher, more like he does damage from accumulation of punches,it's a hard fight for both but i think i kind of favor broner because of his speed and defense, the way to beat a fast guy is with a good jab, stiff hard jab, jab, right,if deMarco does that i think he can beat him

So how come Broner's been so quiet about this DeMarco fight? Dad had to step in and do the talking. Mayweather's been quiet so Broner has to be quiet? Must be playing Simon says.
