no it isn't that didn't end the case. That was just legal fees. The settlement is a whole other story. Mayweather had to pay money to settle the case.

It's not a victory, it just goes to show how pointless the whole case was. The worst thing that happened to Floyd, the most exciting thing that happened for Pacquiao, was Floyd having to pay lawyer fees. That's it.
