What cracks me up about Floyd is he clearly is not good with words, he just doesn't have the gift of gab. Yet with this huge handicap he has managed to annoy the shit out of a huge section of people so much they can not stop talking bad about the dude.
For the life of me I don't quite get how someone who is barely literate, achieved this feat through mostly just his words. It is crazy how dudes that hate him hang on every piece nonsense he says, I would figure they would have just tuned him out by now but somehow they just can't stay away, it must be more addictive than crack.
The people who like Floyd usually do so for boxing reasons, although some people do find his schtick entertaining but some people odd tastes. Now sometimes Floyd does have some interesting points, and it is fun to argue those because Floyd does such a poor job arguing on his that it leaves a lot of room to talk about and discuss but there are certainly two sides to the every story you don't have to agree with anything he says.
I thought that was one of his better interviews. I also think that particular comment is either horribly misunderstood or maybe I know too many people who talk like that--he may regret people not getting it. But I thought he made it obvious to all when he followed up with, "and y'all know I ain't a coward, y'all know that."
Why even bring up health with Pacquiao? when someone bring sup health there is no misunderstanding, its clear that means that person has the potential to hurt them badly.
I never heard any other fighter in history who worried about their health when it came to a certain fighter the way Floyd does with Pacman.
If your reason for avoiding someone is because they looked too beastly in their last fight, you're shook. He wasn't confident he could beat Pacquiao or there would have been no reason for him to bring it up.
Pacquiao looking like a beast is not the reason why Mayweather didn't fight him. As I said in my previous post it caused su****ions, which would have been strengthened by Pacquiao's refusal to take a drug test.
That isn't a sign of Mayweather being shook, in the event that Pacquiao took the drug test came clean and entered the ring as the same person Mayweather would have to fight the same 'beast'. It is a sign of Mayweather being prudent, every fight can shave time off your career and health even if you walk out the victor why put yourself at added risk by not ensuring your opponent enters the ring honest?

Are you ******? It is boxing if you're going to get crude about it a fight. Only an idiot would acknowledge the potential an opponent has to hurt them badly. Risk of injury increases if the opponent is dirty therefore you should ensure they enter the ring clean.
QFT. Mayweather is completely misunderstood here. I mean he's rich because he fought, not because he did anything else. He's known for fighting and it's been his money maker. How are people acting like all of a sudden he hasn't fought anyone to get where he's at once Pacquiao becomes part of the discussion? Like Pacquiao set the new standard for boxers all of a sudden?
I think he sounded a bit concerned, to be honest. He did sound a little upset/emotional. No matter what he can't really escape this guy. So his defense is to shut it down as much as he can. Plus, who wouldn't get bothered if there are tons of stuff about you being scared? If you're a scared person, boxing ain't for you. How has it worked for Mayweather 43 fights in a row?
