Who has Austin Trout fought/beaten? I just looked at his Boxrec and dont recognize not a single name on his resume.

he has beaten nobody,nothing,and i don't even see him as the real champ,more like interim champion because the real wba champ is mayweather,i think cotto facing mayweather was good,but for people to say trout will give cotto a fight and has a chance is way off,trout hasn't fought anybody for people to even think that,if he had faced maybe two or three ex champions and faced atleast one current champ ok,but he hasn't,i don't care about people saying he has skills,what counts is who you put your skills up against,if it's against nobodies like he has well then no,i just don't think this is an interesting fight,but i think its ok because he just fought mayweather and will probably have a big fight after this,i'm not criticizing his choice of opponent(because he just came from fighting a good one) i'm just criticizing those who think trout is a tough fight,it's not

So a veteran champ like Cotto vs an untested fighter is interesting? I'm a huge Cotto fan but I dont see myself getting hyped for this.

Cotto is giving a young fighter his shot, good match-making imo. I'm sure many think Cotto is gonna roll through Trout, hence why they're not excited. Trout is a natural LMW in his prime, that alone makes this fight interesting to me.

I made it to the presser; it was great, Trout is a gentleman as is De La Hoya, I was kind of dissapointed with Cotto, he didn't do individual photos.

Damn, there's no way in hell Trout is 5'9. I know Cotto is pretty short, but this dude looks even bigger than 5'11 Margarito. If he's as slick as you all keep saying AND he can use that size its gonna get ugly for my boy.
