Even Haye himself said "Wlad beat me, he was the better man. He doesnt have to rematch me"

Haye has never called out wlad for a rematch... he straight for Vitali

He's said many times the only way he'll get a rematch is to beat Vitali. Don't try and make it look like Haye targeted him, because it was Vitali running his mouth last year and then he goes silent when Haye agrees and the fans want to see it.

you do know Vitali asked Haye for a fight after the wlad fight and Haye retired..... so based on your post... Haye ducked Vitali by retiring

Haye has always said he would fight either of the Klitscko's if offered, he agreed to a deal last december but Vitali fought Chisora instead.

All David had to do was SIGN THE CONTRACT... but YET AGAIN... he didnt so vitali went his way and Haye went his and you know thats true

Vitali was running his mouth? Vitali wanted the fight..... haye has been saying for YEARS "I will beat BOTH Klitschkos" But as soon as a contract gets to Haye he disappears and then signs to fight someone else

I can understand you recognizing something that is weak and pathetic after all you are a Haye fan. As far as Haye is concerned he doesn't even mention Wlad's name and why? Because he knows that he will never be able to beat Wlad even with ten healthy toes.

And as far as where Vitali is ranked it is not surprising that an old and past his prime fighter would still be ranked so high. Want some examples? Ali was still ranked high when he lost to Spinks. And why did Ali lose? Because he was old and past his prime just as Vitali is. You want a more modern example?

Jones was old and way past his prime. Yet he was still ranked in the top five at at light heavyweight by Ring magazine. And even though he was still ranked very high Calzaghe got little to no credit for beating Jones. And why is that? Because he was old and past his prime.

With that said. I am not stating that Vitali has slipped as far as Jones had when he fought Joe. But, I can clearly see for myself that Vitali has slipped significantly and is not the same fighter that even fought Adamek not all that long ago. And if I can see it I am pretty sure that Haye can see it as well.

And Haye wants this fight to prove what? That he can beat an old and way past his prime fighter regardless of where he happens to be ranked? Is this the legacy that Haye and his fans want for him? But, than again beating old and washed up fighters is what his legacy has already been built on. That is if anyone can honestly call that a good legacy and still be able to keep a straight face.

Cuz thats what the fans want. Im sure he woud fight Wlad, but who has been clamoring for a rematch? I havent heard one person mention him fighting a rematch. And Wlad did win and dominate. He hasnt fought Vitali yet, and they are the two biggest stars, so whats the problem?

The person that should be clamoring for a rematch is Haye. But, then again his toe injury most likely never occurred. Just like his lame a$$ fake broken hand to help explain away the Valuev stinker. As far as a Vitali fight is concerned, in my opinion the fights a couple of years to late. And if Vitali decides to fight Haye than that is his decision and if Vitali decides to retire tomorrow good for him. And I sure as hell won't hold it against him. As far as Haye being a star, he is in my opinion a showman. But he has done next to nothing as a HW to give him any real star quality.
