        A tune up fight to fight who? Arce has been done for years, and is basically on fumes right now trying to make as much money as he can against dubious opponents. The victory he got against Vasquez Jr. helped him get a couple more fights and sell a few more tickets in his hometown, but that is it. This guy cannot and will not compete with the elite fighters anymore. That is why no Donaire, Rigo, or Nishioka.

                                Arce said that he is going after Rocky Martinez which I believe would be fighting in a sixth different division). I also remember that he wanted to fight Donaire but a lot of people at BS were against that fight saying that Nonito needs to fight guys of his size.
