A tune up fight to fight who? Arce has been done for years, and is basically on fumes right now trying to make as much money as he can against dubious opponents. The victory he got against Vasquez Jr. helped him get a couple more fights and sell a few more tickets in his hometown, but that is it. This guy cannot and will not compete with the elite fighters anymore. That is why no Donaire, Rigo, or Nishioka.
