Warren didn't want Burns to come to the US and take a beating. I hope that fight comes off at 135, though I doubt it because Broner will have the WBC title, who don't like unifications and he'll be looking to fight Gamboa, while Burns will be busy fighting Harrison and Rees.
We will see. I heard him say about unifying in Vegas next so hopefully it is Broner but i wouldnt be suprised if he moved up tbh.

Abril has a claim to that as well. You could argue very easily that he should have wins over Prescott and Lundy, as well as Rios and Acosta.

Burns really only has his win over Mitchell, but he also beat Martinez at 130 too, so he has some good wins.

Vazquez really only has his win over Prescott and Kim.
Vazquez has fought Bradley and Canelo twice. Even though he lost those fights it still speaks the kind of competition he's fought and at a higher weight.

he moved up because he couldnt do the weight anymore without killing himself broner vs burns at lightweight is actually a much better fight imo but i wouldnt trust broner at all with his discipline to make weight the junk food junkie vs true professional great fight to watch it needs to happpen

If he was killing himself at a weight, why stay there for the biggest fight of your life?

He can move up, win another belt and continue to defend until a USA TV station comes to Warren with a good offer, then off Burns goes to America. Burns has come out nowhere to this and he can take as long as he wants to get to USA. I think he said he wants to have 100 pro fights too.

Burns is a quality fighter and is still improving. Right now, I would rate him number 1. Demarco doesn't impress me, abril has always been a well skilled fighter but i can see him being outworked, and bogere hasn't faught nobody. Broner is grossly overrated at this point but still a good enough fighter to give burns a hard fight. I would make Burns the slight fav against Broner at this point.

Burns is the champ, if broner wants some, he should come to the uk

Burns is the champ, why should he travel to america to defend his belt since he is a bigger draw in the uk?

Come over here broner, I think bures will really test him, possibly win

He's a top Euro level fighter. Is he world class? We don't know. Miguel vasquez, Demarco, Broner, Abril would beat him.
