I don't know, I can't imagine Cotto having too many more fights. I suspect his motivation may lag a bit here and if he can't get to Trout (I believe he can and should), he might get sliced up.

Trout is a very good boxer, but allows his opponents to dictate the pace. He doesn't pressure or make uncomfortable. Only one opponent has ever beaten Cotto this way, Mayweather. Trout is not Mayweather. Cotto will need to use his jab and work Trout's body. This news about high elevation training is great news for Miguel, future 5 time world champ.

And your only mentioning Canelo there tho aren't ye? Who else has ducked their mandatory?
Pfp Judah doesn't have better skill, or power. Speed yes. But other than that Trout is physically superior in every way. At welterweight Judah has shown little power, if any.

I understand Trout hasn't been televised his entire career. That usually makes for fighters being overlooked, but he's the real deal, top 3 at 154. He'll prove it, just don't be afraid to bump bro.

Yeah, Trout is a tough out and this is a dangerous fight for Miguel.

Trout is a great opponent for Miguel but I don't see him controlling any part of the fight...Cotto wins TKO late rounds...

I swear, people are starting to totally confuse skill, age & everything in between with star power. Is that how watered down the sport has become??

This is a good fight. Trout is not an easy fight, but Miguel will come out on top with a TKO/KO <10rds.

I can see Cotto in a hunter/boxer mode mixing it up with lots of body damage to Trout in the early rounds, working his way up opening with his jab and 3-4 punches combos on top, turning Trout and clinching...distance, and do it all over again in the later rounds ending in a TKO/KO by Miguel.

I got 50 Billion on Cotto, and 3 months avatar bet. Who wants it!
