In featherweight action, Azat Hovhannisyan won a four round unanimous decision over Raymond Chacon. Hovhannisyan (4-1, 3 KOs) dropped the southpaw Chacon with a counter right hand to the head to end the first round. He would drop Chacon again in the second with another right hand to the head. To his credit, Chacon (4-5) fought back bravely after each knockdown, but did not have the power to keep Hovhannisyan off of him. Hovhannisyan suffered a cut on his forehead, due to an accidental headbutt, but did not let it faze him until the final bell. All three judges scored the bout 40-36 in favor of Hovhannisyan.
