When someone other than Manny called out and accepted random testing, the excuse was that "Manny had to come out and confirm it"

When Manny confirmed it in an article, the excuse was that "Manny has to say it on video not written in an article"

When Manny confirmed it in a video, the excuse was that "Manny has to say it on a legit video on a legit show"

When Manny confirmed it in a video on a legit show, the excuse is that "it still doesn't mean he wants to fight Floyd"
