Does it really matter? In the end, the fact is always there dumba$$. It should've been 50/50 and in my opinion it should still be 50/50. Floyd is a real crook. Floyd has only been fighting once a year coming from retirements using outside the ring conflicts, fighting only big names and/or always on Cinco De Mayo with great Mexican undercards. That to me is the biggest robbery in the boxing world.

Had Floyd took the same route as Pac, he'd probably had lower PPVs.
Would Floyd make money out of Bradley (before the Pac fight)? I doubt it.
All in all, in the end we all know that the must see boxer between the 2 is Pac ain't no Floyd, and it's how we do it back here in Miami brotha. Can you dig it!

That's why it sounds silly rewarding a part-time boxer with the kind of money he's demanding. Part-time boxing equals less chances of getting beat. Not to mention the guy who fights more is always liable to lose speed and incur wear and tear. And now the duck has the nerve to use something positive against Pac as if it's a sin to fight often. It's Pac's fault that the chicken rarely fights, ie, Pac has slowed down, he deserves the smaller purse, he shouldn't have been fighting too often... The duck has been waiting patiently for this.

HBO's Ross Greenburg finally came out with a statement confirming that there had been negotiations for Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather fight.

all i got from that is that arum lied about even starting negoiations with haymon further proving that arum kept pac far far away from money may for years.

Please. Even you know Manny will get schooled royally if he faces Floyd. You can't live with that. I don't even need to come down to your midget level to call you names. You're just glad Manny's not in the ring with Floyd yet.

                    1. The only reason Pacquiao is coming and saying bull**** like " we can do 55-45 " and " full drug testing even on fight night " is to promote his 4th, uninteresting, and pointless fight vs Marquez.

                    2. Mayweather does better numbers and will do big numbers without fighting Pacquiao. If Mayweather decides to fight again, I'd like to see him fight Canelo Alvarez. And yes that would be a HUGE payday. More money than Pacquiao would ever dream of making.

Arum kept bull****tin people about the fight. Knowing damn well he had no interest in Manny losing to Mayweather so soon. First the problem was the cutoff date to drug testing, then the ****ing venue, now it's the pay. Pacquiao has a bad cut on his head, he wont be fighting soon. Blah blah blah. I remember the ****ing guy wanted to build a ****ing extra staduim. Really?

He wanted to maximize profit off of Manny for as long as possible. If Manny was exposed by Mayweather(as if it matters since he is being exposed while fighting ****ing small ass Marquez and cant even finish a hobbled Bradley off)there would be no way for Arum to make anymore big fights off of him. It was just basically a decision to either cash out on him now or later. You'd figure it's better to make as much money as possible and then finally stop bull****tin and make the Mayweather fight and agree to all the terms. But with all their bull**** Mayweather now has the upper hand.

He knew that after Mayweather taxed that ass that ALL the so called Pacquiao fans would be buying Mayweather PPV's. He hates Mayweather since he decided to think for himself. So he could care less about making a big fight and putting more money into Mayweather's pocket. That's how it's always going to be.

Nevertheless, Mayweather will decide on how much Manny makes in the fight. And I would give him 70-30 at best. Or to be a real **** I would give him 80-20. Unless he comes out and knocks Marquez out quick or puts on some kind of show, he is again going to look bad and lower his negotiating power with Mayweather. That's all Manny has been doing these past fights. Is just losing his negotiation powers with his bad PPV numbers and bad performances vs what should be to him subpar opponents.

When Mayweather keeps breaking PPV records every fight no matter who the other name is, he can demand more money. That's what you idiot fans don't understand about boxing. Everyone knows that when you fight Mayweather you will get the biggest payday of your career. But you cant get no 50 50 split or none of that. 70/30 at best. Manny Pacquiao needs Mayweather. It aint the other way around.

He needs Mayweather's name to promote his fight, he needs Mayweather to get the biggest payday of his career. I remember when Mayweather came on Espn's First Take when he was about to fight Shane Mosley I believe. And they asked him about Manny Pacquiao. He didn't even want to speak about him. Just kept talking about his next opponent. Look at Pac and see otherwise.
                    Go Team Mayweather!!!

                    All roads lead to Mayweather!

Floyd gets to choose who makes money off of him and who he can duck and dodge!

The defensive wizard in and out of the ring!

Boxing is such a joke now, morons like Arum, Ellerbe, will continue to **** up the sport and make it about $$$ and not about putting the best fighters in the ring to face each other.

This fight is so out of wack, I myself don't even care if this **** happens any more. The milk is already spoiled so-to-speak.

Ellerbe thinks he's the shot caller now, when he's actually a hypocrite. He has the balls to say Mayweather calls the shots, blah blah blah because he has the bigger draw, the pound for pound king, etc.

The hypocritical part of it is when Mayweather INITIALLY ducked Pacquiao about 3-4 years ago (When Pac was in his prime and #1 pound for pound king), Mayweather and his camp were the ones making up NEW rules (you know, take these extra drug tests, etc) for the fight to happen.

Some straight ***** bull****. Make the fight, or move the **** on.
