What a messed up PR campaign ! Tea will not come back as Cannibis - period!! Beltran should of just said Chavez is out of control, and is too spoiled to listen! You don't know what your are talking about. Tea certainly will cause you to test positive for marijuana, particularly when there is marijuana in the tea.
