What is Pacquiao's current status with Arum?

Can anyone explain this? Is he still under Arum's thumb, or is he winding down his contractual obligations?

It seemed like before the Bradley fight, people were saying that was his last fight under contract with Arum. Now the recent news of him working with 50 Cent on a promotional outfit. And, him passing over Bradley in favor of Marquez, has me wondering whether all of these things are related.

Does anyone know and is able to explain Manny's promotional status?
