Highly touted Japanese welterweight prospect Yoshihiro Kamegai (21-0, 18 KOs) will make his American TV debut on Fox Sports against Mexican Cosme Rivera (35-14-3, 24 KOs) on Oct. 6 at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium.
