Floyd never wanted the Paq fight. He was just pretending he did. If he wanted it, the fight could have happened years ago. Paq's mistake was not calling Floyd's first bluff right away. Floyd would have been exposed early.

Paq would just have to keep calling his every bluff and move on. Floyd won't fight him, anyway. Tell Floyd that you're accepting his $40 million bluff and Floyd would respond by saying it already expired.
