Watching Juan Manuel Marquez fight makes me happy.

Watching Juan Manuel Marquez fight makes me happy. As a boxing purist, there is nothing more satisfying then watching a true technician ply his trade. Watching Marquez fight, is such a beautiful thing.

Watching him solves problems with his frankly limited set of physical gifts, is truly inspiring. Its sad to see him get old.

It's a honor and a privilege every time I see him fight live. Hard to believe he's 39 years old and still on the top 10 P4P lists. The man has war after war, and he still looks amazing.

Sad that he avoided another boxing legend Morales to the end.

Marquez is a rare breed. His IQ and technical brilliance is more than satisfying to purist, yet his fights often generate the excitement that typically comes from reckless brawlers because of his Mexican warrior heart and determination. He's the kind of fighter anyone would appreciate, purist or casuals.

                Juan Manuel Marquez is awesome.
I think that I've never seen any boxer land three lead left uppercuts after each other.
