You don't get a positive result from second hand smoke. Look it up. I know from experience because I've passed a drug test after being in a smoked out vehicle. I had caught a contact high but when I took my test a week later I passed. I'm not sure of the specifics but I know only over a certain amount of THC is detectable.

This right here. Usually you don't "test positive" for second hand smoke. The trace is not strong enough when you second hand smoke.

1) I'm not a fan of Chavez, I think the guy is an E class fighter.

2) I asked the question because Tyson had a victory ruled NC after he was tested positive for weed. I was wondering if that only applied if the victory went the fighters way or if it depended on what state the fight took place in.

3) I hope Martinez victory sticks. He deserves the official win on his record and Chavez deserves the official loss.

Can anyone advise us on the rules of the commission, as to whether this fight would be declared a NC?

I always knew it wouldn't be an easy task for Martinez to win the title from the Chavez family (including Sulaiman). As Chavez didn't win I don't think it should be declared a NC, losing is punishment enough.
