I could be wrong but if the money is for legal fees doesn't that mean its to pay for pacs lawyers? He's just getting back what he paid out to his lawyers? Hardly a big win

And all the people claiming Pac wouldn't get a dime for Floyd are claiming $113K is no big deal. You guys do realize that the amount is solely for the missed depositions? The judge might still rule that Floyd pay ALL legal bills for this case on top of the punitive and compensatory damages that will number in the millions.

This whole legal system is ****ed. I thought Mannys whole case was that Mayweather hurt Manny reputation and enabled him to land certain endorsement deals. But Mannys had his best years, earnings wise, than ever this last couple years. So I still do see any merit to the deflamation suit but Im not a lawyer or a judge. Even if Manny wins and gets awarded millions that doesnt mean Floyd will pay. OJs ex-wifes parents sued him for 10 mil, won the civil siut, and didnt get a dime.

You try to defame someone's character, that's fine. But you must live in the consequences. What is so hard about this to grasp?

Daggum said it best. Floyd fans will fight any reason for him not to fight other fighters. This time it's because he's getting sued. You have to take his accusations lying down and kiss his feet for giving you a flat fee and no slice of the PPV when you're 50% of one of the biggest fights in boxing history.
