Everyone will probably remember what Boente said. Boente, Vitali's manager said "the winner of Haye v Chisora will fight Vitali".
"We offered Haye the fight September but he chose to fight Chisora instead because that was easier for him," Boente said. "David probably turned Vitali down because he got more money against Chisora, who is by far the easier opponent.
"We had a contract ready for Haye, had booked an arena, but he turned us down for a second time - the first time he chose to face Nikolay Valuev instead.

well did you know that when vitali and haye agreed to fight in 2009,when david got the contract to sign it was completely different to what he agreed with in person with vitali,it was a legendary klitshcko slave contract and the valuev offered haye more money and better contract and are you forgetting that in december of last year david signed a contract to fight vitali but vitali bottled it and fought chisora instead, even at the chisora/klitshcko post fight presser you can clear hear david telling boente "i accpeted your offer, why you not fighting me" then boente said "david fights dereck winner fights vitali" then vitali signs to fight charrComment

Wow, he beat a fighter that was ranked 15th in the world that was 1-3 in his previous 4 fights and lost to Tyson Fury. In other words he is not a very good fighter and it was proved by both a one armed Vitali who dominated him and Haye who knocked him out. And I know what his team said but who knows what happened behind closed doors after that is anyone's guess. And as I have already asked for, other then what is a matter of public record, what are the sources that you all have about what went on during all the negotiations since Haye first moved up to the HW division?Comment

I agree with most things said here about Haye
But not many cruiserweights can do ANYTHING at HW... Plus we moan abt the HW division and yet we have a heavy handed loud mouth with enough weakness to make it interesting that noone wants to know.
I guarntee that Haye v Vitali does better numbers than Vits and Wlads fights combined.
He is able to bring some interest and entertainment to the HW division when noone cares.... for the sport I cant see how its a bad thing.Comment

Actually it was the English fellow that was sitting next to Chisora that was doing most of the talking. And he was talking so much I had a hard time hearing the response. And until you provide sources to prove your points you are just speculating on what happened behind closed doors. And I apologize, I wasn't aware that any kind of intelligent conversation would wear you out. So I will stop now so you can go get some sleep.Comment
