What he really means is "I don't want no parts of them 2"....

Rigo beats the brakes off Agbeko.:....

[QUOTE=Cu****uyNYC;12527284]Yeah, he's just playing politician. His approach reminds me of how JuanMa Lopez used to talk...before the losses to Salido. Nonito sees himself as being a big star soon. He might very well be right. But this talk of Rigondeaux and Mares "proving themselves" just sounds silly. Where Rigo is concerned, he'd be better off saying there's no money in that fight. Mares? There's just no excuse.

I'd love to know how Donaire thinks Mathebula "proved" himself....[/QUOTE

    He has no answer.....

Now if he said that he would definitely look like a punk......

Unlike you he's been fighting tough challenger after challenger. You meanwhile struggle vs some malnourished African dude who hadn't proved **** himself.

Donaire... What a joke. He's getting up there with Canelo and Chavez. Well, Chavez already lost.
i agree with the bold but you must be joking if you think mares's win' over morel is more legit than donaires's over wv2 and mathebula

You're talking like Morel is the only opponent Mares has fought.

Cause then that'll be just another excuse. First he said Rigo is unknown, then he says Rigo is unproven and then he turns around and fights Mathebula........

He shouldn't make this kind of comments then fight guys like Mathebula.

To be totally honest with you I think he get's too much stick for Mathebula. I like Mathebula, I think he's a decent fighter. He's nothing special or anything but he's a solid top 10 fighter in possibly the best division in Boxing. I think it's a good win for Donaire.

But, I do agree, you can't say these things about guys like Mares who have proven themselves and then fight Mathebula.
Glad we actually agree on this. Sure Mathebula might be better than given credit for but come on, Mathebula was overmatched in there and he hits softer than a 3 year old. And if Donaire is as good as he claims he shouldn't had struggled vs Mathebula. We know what the scorecards were but we all know that fight was WAY closer than the cards showed. I can see someone like WV2 having a close fight vs Mathebula or someone like that but Donaire? A supposedly P4P fighter? Come on now.

Im not trying to compare resumes. Mares is only 26 with 6 less fights than Donaire. The point here is he can't go around saying Mares is unproven. Come on man, that's a straight up duck. The comment about Rigo is understandable but not about Mares. The dude is full of excuses, every time. It never fails.

i see what you sayin..let's see if he fights them after nishioka coz right now , you cant really call it a duck when he's fighting the best in the division

and yeah , he does give a lot of excuses even when he wins..

Rigondeaux and Mares are the top dogs at 122, Nishioka was the best not anymore, he is a 37 years old worn out warrior that has seen better days...

fuck Rigo, he's boring as hell
Nonito can KO him, but the fight would suck
if Nonito can beat Nish, target Mares-Moreno winner
would prefer Nonito-Mares, it's a more exciting fight
got a feeling Moreno will beat Mares though
after that, if Nonito doesn't go to 126, fight Rigo then
but don't go outta the way to fight him, he's dull

In all honesty I believe Moreno is the top dog at 122. Great skills and great craft. Can't wait to see what he does against Mares. And Nishi is a bit over the hill, but that's alright cause he has tremendous experience. It should be a fun fight to watch
