look at mancini's record he never won a big fight. He beat an old Chacon and ramirez that's it for a career. no book is needed as no one knows who mancini was.

Belowthebelt, Ramirez was hardly past his prime vs Ray. This was Rays best win. Ray was a good fighter, not great. Skill wise its hard to find a fighter who got more out of less than Ray did. Ray was fun to watch as he was never in a bad fight and was a good citizen outside the ring. All that said he was way overhyped and could never be considered an ATG. When he had a belt, he was so overrated it was assumed the guy who beat him was a quality fighter (Bramble). Turns out he was just as overrated
