It would indeed be an excellent card.

    Banks-Mitchell is a WBC semi-final eliminator.
Damnit, Golden Boy. It seems so damn obvious to put these two fights on the same card. Back to back fights between 4 heavyweights all ranked in the top 10. Oh well.

It's looking like as good November for heavyweight fights. Wlad-Wach will be on Nov 10.

I pick Arreola. Stiverne reminds me of Mike Weaver in that he throws good hard punches but doesn't punch nearly enough.

Fun fight. The winner might merit a top ten (literal, not just anc body) rating afterwards.

I'm hoping to see the winner of this fight vs. the winner of Banks-Mitchell.

If Vitali retires after fighting Haye, I imagine it will be the winners of Stiverne-Arreola and Banks-Mitchell for the vacant title. If Haye beats Vitali, we'll likely have the winner of that fight as Haye's mandatory.

The heavyweight division is more interesting now than it was a couple of years ago because better matchups are being made (Banks-Mitchell, Arreola-Stiverne, Pulev-Ustinov, Wlad-Wach, Haye-Chisora).

That being said, we still need to have some others like Boytsov, Fury, Povetkin and Wilder step up and fight contenders.

The WBC should have Wlad fighting for the vacant title as he is the undisputed number 1.

                I agree.

But they will never do anything that makes that much sense.

Because Don King won the purse bid, the date may be changed from Nov 10, but the Arreola-Stiverne fight will happen.

Ronnie Shields been doin well with Arreola and his weight issues. Feel like Ramirez and Arreola would have the same diet when they trained together. Love to see Arreola come in around 235 for all his fights, it definitely does make THAT much of a difference. Also Haye would KO Arreola, no doubt in my mind about that.
