Why the **** would there be a rematch? Martinez won 11 and 1/2 rounds for Pete's sake. But like somebody else already said, another easy payday for Martinez!

I don't know...I don't know...Maravilla is a smart fellow. For 11 rounds it was a nondescript mismatch. Would he voluntarily take a knockdown to make a legendary 12th round? With that 12th round he elevated the fight, and renewed the reputation of the kid who was headed for personal disgrace and a ruined career. This way, there'll be a rematch in which there will be tremendous interest, and Mar will get five times as much money.
