I have spent the better portion of my life hating Lennox Lewis, I have bet against him in almost every fight he has ever been in...I hate that mother****er!

BUT...

When you hate a fighter as much as I do Lewis there is also a part of you that has to love him as well. Just like I hated Tito I also loved him-a fight with LL or Tito is truly a BIG EVENT and cult fans of this sport live for big events.


I miss the **** out of Lennox I really do, I would love to root against him one more time!

I thought he was a bit of a boring old cuss at times, but my God he'd take out all the current batch, wouldn't he? A guy who he comprehensively outboxed and KOed in four rounds when he was focussed is now WBC champ.

Lennox is sorely missed. Love him or hate him..you can't ignore him. Big guy, big punch and charismatic. His fights were events.

It's too bad he didn't get the big fights earlier in his career.

Too bad Bowe couldn't stay straight becuase he(Bowe) deprived us of potentially one of the greatest rivalries in recent memory..imo
