I'd like to see Macklin fight the Quillin/N'Jikam winner or Pirog.

The Brit commentators were saying they should match him with Chavez Jr. But Macklin is just too small in comparison to win that fight.

Him vs Geale is a good fight for both then the winner can go onto Golovkin or Pirog. I think Martinez is entitled to be in super fight territory and should be looking at the big names at 154.

I don't like the idea of Martinez fighting a 154 guy unless that guy challenges him. Cotto is a small lmw as it is, Martinez would rip him apart, I don't see how that benefits Martinez's legacy apart from financially. Almost the same goes for Floyd, at 154 I think Martinez wins, Mayweather is a defensive genius so he won't get caught as often as Chavez did but he just won't be as effective coming forward against the unorthodoxy and power of Martinez. A win in either fight and people say he beat up midgets.

I'd much rather see Martinez v Geale/Golovkin. The Golovkin fight would be BIG in New York.
