This fight would be funny and interesting at the same time
Hatton KO's Khan. Khan replaces Hatton in the "has been" status. Khan starts sniffing and drinking. Makes a comeback only to get KO'ed by Cesar Rene Cuenca and blames it on Roach.
Hatton only has a puncher's chance against Khan, otherwise it'll be a one-sided beating by Khan. If Hatton doesn't KO Khan, then Khan wins at least 90% of the rounds. Good match up, I'd watch it.
