50 cent knows why the fight won't be made, he was trying to make the **** pop off for weeks. There are two options, Al Haymon is too powerful and pulled Floyd back and was the one preventing it, or Floyd just never wanted to fight Pacman. 50 cent has more knowledge and those are the two situations, 50 basically said Pacquiao is willing and even Arum cosigned on 50 cent praising 50 cent as a very good negotiator and fair businessman.

So all we know is its coming from Floyds side not Manny's. It goes back to the saying Floyds fans have more confidence in him than he has in himself.
