Who specifically formed the company doesn't mean much in business. What carries significance is the Articles of Organization (in the case of an LLC). In the Articles of Organization, since this is an LLC, it would indicate the true details behind the ownership and control of the company. Listing partners, shareholders, how revenue would be split, the purpose and mission of the company, members of the Board, certain people's roles, etc. And don't waste your time in trying to find the Articles of Organization via Google either. Haha.

I work in corporate litigation so I can find almost anything you need related to any Florida based corporation.

As you can see, 50 Cent is the "managing member". The managing member holds all of the powers in an LLC.

And the Articles of Organization doesn't list the members. The LLC Operating Agreement will which is not public information. The Articles of Organization are public though. Delaware charges a fee to obtain them though.

with floyd, well every time you hear somebody mention the name pacquiao to him, he either rips him and says he is fighting my leftovers, or gets defensive and talks about health and not ending up like ali.
