canelo has never face a mandatory, a real one I meant, he has to face the winner of Lara-Vanes next, of course Suliman can change his own rules and allow whatever GBP/Canelo wants to do, he will never face the winner and they will come up with a BS Belt.

You don't understand, we will go to the Arena to watch a Cuban fighter like Lara, Rigondeaux, Gamboa or el Maja, the Hilton was packed a few weeks ago and the main attraction was Barthelemy, beside how can you draw if the "elite" doesn't want to face you?

Hopefully it's on the 17th, that way I can watch Abner-Moreno on the 10th.

canelo isn't facing the elite, and he's drawing considering chavez is fighting in the biggest fight of his life,it's simple,if chavez wins he can fight in new york, jersey, georgia and he'll still draw, important people will show up to his fights like actors, athletes different people from different places, thats being popular,i doubt if lara fights we will see magic, tyson, stallone at ringside, nobody cares for him, with him his only fans are his people, with chavez it will be everybody just watch

yeah,he has to face lara/vanes winner, but if he's offered cotto who do you think he'll choose? it's a no brainer,it's cotto, why would he choose either of those two when cotto is better than they are,he's known all over not like vanes or lara that only real fans know them, not casual fans,,cotto will bring more money and they will be unifying.. if canelo has a choice between unifying and facing a good fighter who will bring a lot of fans and ppv sales or facing a very unkinown fighter who brings nothing who do you think he'll choose? he can get to the winner of those two nobodies later in 2013,and i hope he does because it doesn't matter if you're good or bad,if you're number one you should get your chance to face the champ, but please, between cotto and lara/vanes,theres nothing to think about there, even if cotto were the champ and canelo the challenger cotto would pick canelo over lara/vanes,he knows canelo would bring more money to the fight,no brainer

He faded against Mtagwa and was stopped twice by "Siri" on account of the qualities we've already agreed on.) I think Garcia will have his hands full with a relentless, balls-out warrior like Salido. If Mikey gets past him, he'll have impressed me greatly.
yeah he got dropped from accumulation of punches, but his resistance isn't that good, look at rematch in second round, salido starts landing some punches that backs juanma up,even wobbles him at one point with a punch that wasn't that hard, and this was only the second round, cant say it was the accumulation of punches, then with bernabe concepcion he gets dropped way early in the fight and concepcion is not a big puncher, you can tell when a guy cant take a good shot, when you start wobbling or getting dropped EARLY in the fight from guys who arent really ko artists your chin isn't the greatest,to me in his comeback fight he'll face someone with no or little power, probably someone like dib, doubt he'll want to face winner of this fight

                    Salido wins, not sure how
2 Lopez KO's have his power getting a bit overrated
Lara wins a big UD, dude is on a tear lately
hope like hell he gets Alvarez before Alvarez takes another wack fight
