The way Cotto looked against Foyd, I see no reason for him to not make sure who he fights is clean.
Him being the #3 draw in the sport, he needs to look out/protect the legacy part of his career.

I doubt it, I can't see Cotto being the one to ask for extra testing, but then again I couldn't see him making a request for a catchweight, but he surprised me there, so anythings possible I suppose.

Seeing that Miguel has actually been screwed in the past due to cheating, he has a reason as good as anybody's to demand additional testing.

Why not add something positive to all the negatives in boxing.

I could honestly. Why not?? People need to understand that it is a strong possibility that Margarito beat Cotto half to death with plaster & was also using hydrocy cut leading up to the fight against Pacman.

Obviously being that Cotto may have been cheated & coupled with the fact that he was destroyed by the guy, it is reasonable for him to try & get an advantage in the rematch, no??

I'd demand it and Trout says no move on to a new opponent. Cotto doesn't need Trout. Trout needs him.
