don't know why pac's team had to make and offer in the first place...there's no point to a rematch. the result of their first match does not merit a rematch. also, they're at different weights right now and pac has already maxed out at welterweight. offering cotto a rematch at catchweight would just feed the trolls.

Pacquiao didnt just destroy him physically but mentally too.
Then why does Manny insist on only fighting Cotto at another CW? If Pac beats Cotto at any weight, then why turn down the fight because of weight after Manny chased the fight in the first place?

If you don't know the answer to this then Arum has done a great job blinding fans like you.

            Pacquiao last fight 146
            Cotto last fight 154

Pac going up 4 pound, Cotto coming down 4 pound, What's the problem again??

the problem is they shouldnt be rematching in the first place. the first fight wasnt close.

also, theres 189,246 divisions as it is.

Because he already smashed Cotto, so if he wants that fight to be somewhat credible he should fight Cotto at his best no questions asked~

They could also use that to help sell the fight.

Why are the standards set for Pac much higher than Floyd?

Pac already climbed 7+ divisions. Floyd has only climbed 5. If Floyd would of done a cw with someone at 168 fighting at 162-165, his cheerleaders would try to justify it to make it seem like the greatest thing on earth.

Pac (as much as I've hated on him throughout the years) is a greater fighter and has accomplished more than Floyd.
