Sergio at 154 is the only real answer here, but quite frankly I just wouldn't want Floyd to fight Sergio at 154. If Floyd fights Sergio it needs to be at 160 or not at all.

at 140? floyd isn't going back down to 140 ever imo and i only wish manny would have been at 140 back when floyd fought there--i would have loved to see that fight albeit a massacre by floyd on manny-lol

as far as the question goes though, i don't see any fighter beating him from any of those weightclasses....

at this point, martinez would give him the best fight he could en route to another loss on his record...

no fighter from 154 on down can beat floyd....just end the speculation...i made this claim back in 2004...and it hasn't happened and i don't see it happening.
