well when those two fought they were well known and established champions, although martinez is an established champion he doesn't have a fan base and chavez is barely starting out as a champ, his first big fight, not bad i'd say to have this sell out and lets see what happens when everything is added up

Why would Marquez duck Eric Morales? Why? If you don't have a valid reason, don't embarrass yourself.

i've kept saying this for a while,if chavez wins he'll be the next ppv king,he already has a huge following and high ratings with his fights,i really believe it will be him and canelo who will be the next superstars (ppv) and both will never face each other but will just fight to compete to see who has the bigger fan base, biggest ppv fights, you know egos...i don't see martinez as being a big ppv star, unless he fights mayweather or pac i don't see it...after this fight if chavez wins he can fight tomato cans and will still do well

I hope Julio took this seriously.

I hope this kid knows that he's on the verge of something special should he win. But the 24/7 show has me su****ious of his dedication. His father is more enthusiastic than he is and Jr. seems to be so nonchalant while Martinez is such a thorough professional. Seems like a can't miss action fight nonetheless and I'll definitely have some friends over to watch it!

it is clear that Julio Jr has been embrace by the mexican
people and you can see that pay per view will do significant
numbers of course Mexican independence day and boxing go together
if Chavez Jr wins, he will become the cash cow, we are tired of Mayweather
and pacquiao not fighting each other.

both jr and canelo will be the future cash cows. I mean they are fighting in the same town and day. One event has sold out and I bet the other if not sold out will be pretty full as well. Thats impressive for two fighters coming into their own

Bah Hum Bah, no big deal just a phase boxing don't have anything else to hold on to over rated. Canelo on the other hand maybe our next cash cow. What a waste of PPv.
