hate to say it but I think this partnership largely benefits HBO, not necessarily boxing as a whole
as (for right now) HBO is just getting to push all their content (promo vids, highlights, press conference, weigh ins) on ESPN
**and can people stop with the blanket "this is great for boxing" statements? Especially since they can't back them up.
What's good for HBO isn't necessarily good for boxing as a whole. Personally I've gotten tired of the promo, 24/7 and weigh in vids, and if that's ALL ESPN will be showing from HBO ... what's the point?
