They are just trying to stall to see if there is a decision for a fighter they can win against, and they are painted in a corner. He can't beat JMM and at this point he is probably confident that JMM will finally get his rightful decision. He already lost to Bradley and while he won in reality, Bradley will only perform better in the rematch so Pac will lose that one again, probably legitimately this time. Arum won't let Pac fight Floyd and it is pretty doubtful he can beat Floyd either anyway. Cotto already said no to being weight-drained again and is fighting Trout at 154. Fought Barrera, Marquez, & Morales multiple times in their prime, fought Cotto, Magarito who outweighed him by 25lbs, beat up Tim Bradley, Oscar Dela Hoya, Shane Mosley, Joshua Clottey, and Ricky Hatton. He takes no prisoners. Now one sees why Floyd Mayweather hasn't wanted to fight Manny for more than 4 years. So basically everyone is waiting to see who Manny will give yet another shot to; a second shot to Bradley or a 4th shot to Marquez, or until Cotto signed his own fight, they were trying to give Cotto a second shot. Who does that?!!? Mayweather doesn't give rematches, except for Castillo. These guys all want to ride Manny's coattails.
