Vitali needs to fight Haye or retire, no more excuse Boente.

I couldn't even be bothered to watch the Vitali vs Charr fight this weekend, it insulted my boxing intelligence, trying to sell this to me as a fight.

Vitali won comfortably as I have read but, now he has to step up, not fight anymore tomato cans to up his KO percentage and defend his WBC title against David Haye.

If he can't do this, then he has to retire, fighting guys like Charr just drags heavyweight boxing through the mud as well as Vitali's standing in boxing.

Vitali talked big last year about how he would love to knock Haye out and how he desperately wants the fight.

Will Vitali step up, or bow out, one or the other, because I can't stand watch this farcical show any longer.

I would agree with it being hang them up or Haye.

No other fights makes sense or is worth watching.

            I agree.

Haye is the third best HW hands down, and it would easily be either guys best win. I just Haye lays it all on the line in that fight. He redeemed himself a bit to me in beating Chisora, and if he beats Vitali, all will probably be forgiven.

Haye is going to say the usual to the media to hype himself and the fight, but in reality both guys have been trying to make the bout happen for some time. Bonte proposed the Haye and Chisora fight and the winner face Vitali, but the WBC threw some salt in their game by banning David Haye from challenging for the title (even before the brawl, Jose said "Vitali must look elsewhere").

Now that Haye's been given a ranking, they're back on course to fighting. Anyone who thinks either fighter is ducking the other is clueless. It's all business now.

Financially it will be Vitals biggest pay day to date, that just tells Haye is the only fight left for Vital and if he wins, then he'll end his career on a high.

I don't see the point of fighting anyone other than Haye since it will not generate the same buzz, money or recognition

Also the fight will be good for the HW division, anything that gets boxing talked about and gets bums on seats is a good thing

Cmon guys, don't drink the Haye koolaid. This is the same guy who ran his mouth for 2 months vs Wlad, then put absolutely zero effort into winning the fight. Third best Hwt in the world my azz! If this fight gets made, look for Haye to threaten to kill Vitalis dog and **** his granny, then on fight night run for all 12 rds, lose a UD 119-109. Laugh all the way to the bank, then show up at Povetkins post fight press conference talking big sheet about how Povetkin has ducked him, and throwing glasses and bottles. Rinse and repeat!

Another Klitschko fan putting this all on Hayes shoulders. Vitali was the one calling for this fight, Haye stepped up to the challenge and Vitali looks like he doesn't want any. Vitali was the one barking this time around.
