Marquez will frustrate Lucas & Lucas will start during at will that's she JMM is most dangerous & will counter with those long uppercuts & body punches. JMM loves it when a fighter comes forward cuz it plays well with his counter boxing style. I see it going the distance JMM by UD. Lucas might score a knock down thou.

Excellent post and very reasonable as well. Marquez is finished! As soon as he fights someone other then Pac, his ass is grassed. His motivation is only for manny and at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Manny stops him in a 4th fight, although I don;t want to see it. He's going to turn Manny back into "old" Manny. WATCH. There are only two fights that would bring one more great performance out of him, and that's May and Marquez.

I voted Marquez by knockout. At first I thought it would be easy for him too. But after giving it some thought, and remembering the Marquez vs. Barrera fight. I can see Lucas giving Marquez a bad time. To me Lucas fights similar to how Barrera fought on that fight. He has more power than Barrera though. I think it would be a close fight, with Marquez's experience being the difference in this fight. Marquez late tko. (He is great at snapping his punches and cutting you)

I like Lucas a lot. But I have to go with Marquez. Yea, Lucas hits hard, but Marquez has proven to have a sturdy chin and when he gets in a groove and starts landing those vicious uppercuts in combinations it would spell a lot of trouble for Matthysse. Lucas is there to hit as well, Olusegun hit him a lot with plenty of clean shots, he just didn't have the pop to make Lucas respect him, Marquez does. Also Matthysse has never faced anyone of the skill level of Marquez. Marquez by close UD.

I voted that I just want to see it. It's to close to call for me. I think Pacquiao, Marquez, and Matthysse the three best 140 pounders in the world with Bradley a close 4th place. In other words there are some damn good fighters that can make 140.

Well Marquez has taken hard shots from Pac and was able to get up every single time, and last time he wasn't even knocked down. I have Marquez via UD.
