    Virgil Hunter, the trainer of WBC/WBA super middleweight champion Andre Ward (26-0, 14 KOs), is pretty confident that if his boxer had two healthy hands, he would have scored a knockout victory over Carl Froch last year in the Super Six finals. Ward won a twelve round decision, but his left hand was broken in two places during the contest.

      Well his future performances will tell us how much of his power was to do with dawsons inability to take a punch at 168. As for KO'ing froch, I very much doubt he would have been able to accomplish that with 2 healthy hands. If he did have that sort of Power he should have been able to atleast get rid of Allan Green cause Kessler, Abraham and Bika are guys with proven chins.

          Virgil's power tripping...but they have a small right too. But he has totally marginalized and dissed Froch now - who is the only other one in the weight class with some standout wins and close decisions, Ward has systematically wiped em out and no one is calling his name either.

              I believe he would have had a very good chance of KOing the cobra yes, were ward 100%. Froch looked like sheit that night against him. They should setup a rematch just to see if he believes what he says...

                  Can't see Ward ever having the power to KO Froch. He broke Dawson mentally more than physically.

                              The last time Ward K.Oed someone who wasn't weight drained was Shelby Pudwill (who was also stopped by John Duddy and Carl ****erham). Ward just doesn't have the kind of power needed to stop Carl who has one of the best chins in boxing.

                                      You forgot Froch was rocked quite badly at one point in their fight. If hes not lying about his broken left hand, not sure how that would have turned out
