        Plenty of Hall of Fame and legendary fighters have quit before.

        Doesn't mean sheitttt.

          I think its unfair to include B hop because he got fouled and injured. You can include Vitali because his injury wasnt caused by a foul.

                Depends on the circumstances and what happened before and after they quit. The way Duran quit against Leonard was inexcusable, and he has received criticism ever since. Cotto on the other hand, was completely understandable. He gets a lot of crap about it here from certain fans, but overall no one calls him a quitter because the man gave his all and made the right decision.

                  Depends entirely on the situation the fighter was in.


                  Tyson quitting against Holyfield is not excusable. Tyson quitting against Williams is some what understandable.

                    Thousands of fighters have quit by choosing to stay on the canvas during the count. Sometimes you just can't take anymore or you realize it's not just your day. Easy to judge if you aren't taking the punches or feeling their pain.
