Pacquiao still, he beat Bradley handily.

#1 is Manny Pacquiao (the Bradley robbery was a farce and everyone knows it.)
        #2 is Mayweather.
        #3 is Andre Ward.
        #4 is Sergio Martinez.

Ward has fought world class fighters in their prime:
          1. Mikkel Kessler
          2. Carl Froch
          3. Arthur Abraham
          4. Chad Dawson
          5. Sakio Bika ( not a walk in the park)

None of these fighters were drained, beaten up or handicapped in anyway like alot of mayweather and pacquiao fights have been for the past few years. In all honesty paciquiao hasnt impressed with lackluster performances againts

          1.Timothy Bradley (uninpressive outting)
          2.Manuel Marquez (uninpressive outing)
          3.Shane Mosley (uninpressive outing)
          4.Margarito (no plaster, weight drained)
          5. Cotto ( weight drained)
          6. Clottey (b fighter)
          7.Hatton (dammaged goods, drug use)
          8. De la hoya ( weight drained, drug use)

Mayweather hasnt really impressed me much either

          1. Cotto (good fight at 154 for mayweather)
          2. Victor Ortiz (ok fight to begin, ****ty conclusion)
          3. Mosley (went toe to toe, still not too entertaining, too old)
          4. Manuel Marquez (undersized)
5 Ricky Hatton ( only spectacular fight since mainstream stardom)
          6. De la Hoya ( boring but impressive step up to 154 for a small welterweight)

The point being that neither P4P top fighter has had legitimate competition or threat put their way in a long time.

Andre Ward is taking dangerous fighters back to back and winning in spectacular fashion.

I voted other. With this great win combined with his last 4 fights I made Ward #1. So my #2 is Mayweather who is pushing 36 and fighting once a year. He and Pacquiao are both past prime. Ward is in his prime, fights often against top guys and beats them so easily. No one dominates their weight class like Ward. Right now I think he would be at least a 4 to 1 favorite to beat anyone alive at a top weight of 168.

I'm giving Floyd the benefit of the doubt until his next fight, and keeping him at the top spot personally. Ward's right behind him.

Ward is every bit as good at this point though, and will deserve any #1 rankings he gets, from fans and the media.

I'm the biggest Mayweather fan but I have to agree to this. Money is pushing 36 and clearly on his cash out fights. As is Pacquiao.
