It's not a U-turn, Vitali has been saying that all along. He's never said this is his last fight. The media makes up its own narrative and doesn't even listen to what the fighter is saying.

If all goes well vs Charr, Vitali vs Haye is on.

i still have my doubts that haye v vitali will happen in my opinion vitalis management have been duckin a haye/vitali fight for the last year especially when haye signed a contract in december to face vitali and then vitali backed out and fought chisora and then at the post fight klitscho/chisora press confrence bernd boente said "david fights dereck winner fights vitali" then when that fight happens klitschkos sign a deal to face charr, the klitschkos give slave contracts and i would be suprised if haye/vitali happens and if vitali looks bad against charr then you can forget about the haye fight

Uh, Vitali had a contract waiting for Haye for Sept. 8 but Haye chose to fight Chisora.

I agree that Boente promised the winner of Chisora vs Haye a shot, so we'll see if he comes through after this fight.

Haye and Vitali have been wanting to fight each other for a while now. Anyone saying one is ducking the other is clueless. The WBC sabotaged the planned fight by saying that David Haye was not acceptable as a challenger for Vitali before the Chisora brawl, and banned him after everything went down.

Now that the WBC changed their minds and are willing to give Haye a ranking, Vitali is of course ready and willing to give David Haye a beating.

well david haye signed a contract in december to fight vitali but vitali fought chisora instead, bernd boente is a lying barstad, a 100% fit haye would beat vitali, hell dereck chisora who fought both vitali and haye said haye would beat vitali

I wouldn't bet the farm on anything Chisora says.

Haye wouldn't beat a prime Vitali; whether he can beat the 41-yr-old version, we'll have to see.
